Return and Replacement Policy

At Neo Energy Solutions, product quality and customer satisfaction are fundamental to our operations. All products supplied by Neo Energy Solutions are subject to the following return and replacement terms.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products are covered under the official manufacturer’s warranty according to the specified warranty period for each product category.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • Products may be returned or replaced within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return or replacement is applicable only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • The product must have been installed and operated in accordance with official technical guidelines.
  • A technical inspection conducted by Neo Energy Solutions may be required to verify the defect.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Return or replacement will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper installation.
  • Physical damage after delivery.
  • Misuse, negligence, or incorrect electrical/system integration.
  • Damage resulting from external factors such as voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

4. Return & Replacement Procedure

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer service team.
  2. Provide the invoice number and product details.
  3. Our technical team will evaluate the case.
  4. If approved, replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
